Happy New Year to All!

I hope everyone’s had great holidays.

This is my first post here but my orgonite-aware friends and I have been followers of this forum for some time. I’m one of three recent ex-students that got into orgonite making to see if it would help us manage the stress of the university workload. We realised how fantastic orgone generators were as a result.

After our first few tries making orgonite we wanted to start incorporating passive copper coils into our resin molds. Having read about the harmonizing properties that they would contribute we wanted to see for ourselves.

Unfortunately we found it wasn’t as easy as we thought it would be. There was no definitive information regarding the best copper coil designs to use or the kinds of copper and materials that were best. Besides a couple of websites which were a good source of information we were still left uncertain as to how best to proceed. Looking online to buy Copper Coils for Orgonite also didn’t offer a straightforward solution. The process was a bit overwhelming when all we wanted to do was experiment with copper coils and experience the added benefits.

We don’t want to step on the toes of anybody here so please be completely honest with your thoughts and let us know if this is the wrong place to be discussing our ideas.

We are currently investigating the possibilities of making passive copper coils for others who want to incorporate quality, affordable copper coils in their orgonite generators. We would love the advice and opinions anyone might have.

We’re currently thinking of making three sizes:

• A small, advanced (moulded with bearings) double helix version for pendants
• A larger double-stranded, advanced double helix for all round orgonite constructions
• A double stranded, advanced catmagnet coil of a similar diameter to the double-stranded, advanced double helix.

Attached to this post are mockups of what we are currently considering for the Advanced Double Helix for Pendants.

We intend to use magnet copper wire for all our copper coils as the light enamel insulation helps channel the energy. Having used magnet copper ourselves we’ve been pleased with the results but if anyone believes there’s something better we’d love to hear so we can try it ourselves.

Here are the preliminary measurements we’ve been considering for the two depthless copper coils:

Advanced Double Helix (for pendants and small orgonite constructions):
Wire Length: 3.33125″ (84.61375mm)
AWG (Wire Diameter): ~18 (1mm diameter)
Helix Diameter: 0.62992126″ (16mm)
Spirals: 3.4 (1.7 turns per helix)
Bearing Diameter: 2mm

Double Stranded, Advanced Double Helix (TB’s, HHG’s, medium orgonite constructions):
Wire Length: 13.325″ (337mm)
AWG (Wire Diameter): ~10 (2mm diameter)
Helix Diameter: 1.69″ (43mm)
Spirals: 5 (2.5 turns per helix)
Bearing Diameter: 4mm

Provided that there is some interest in these designs we would love to get feedback from orgonite users and especially anyone particularly sensitive to energy. We intend to be able send out a few free copper coils to members that seem serious in testing these in order to get feedback and make any adjustments as necessary.

If you are interested, please leave your email in a comment on this thread (we will get in touch as soon as possible) along with any comments, suggestions and criticisms you may have. Everything you have to say about them is welcome.

Peace and love to all,

Chris Park-Kennaby x

Here is some food for thought.

Many thanks for posting your thoughts CreativeChi. I'm aware of these and agree that this might be better for a more experienced orgonite maker who wants to make a lot of copper coils over time.

emlong! Really great to hear that there is some interest. Please let me know if there is anything at all you would like from these, or be done differently, that hasn't already been mentioned.

Thankyou both for your comments. They're hugely appreciated.

I'll be checking this thread fairly regularly and keeping it updated with any appropriately important information as it comes.
