What make lemurian seed so attractive is their unique features and energy signature.

What makes them so damn expensive is their limited numbers.

the lemurian seed deposit is considered a Wonder of the mineral world, is protected patrymony,

the mine is closed until further notice for means of protection apparently. i Wonder how much the fact a doncroft style cb will allegedly harshly work with out cristals of that quality has something to do with the fact that the mine is closed.

at some point a couple years ago, there was lot of speculation going on about cristal quarttz deposits.

from my knowledge, lemurian seed now come with a provenance certificate, like the boji stones.

Salut

Really? Isn't the Don Croft style CB the one that folks on this forum make (meaning the six copper pipes with crystals in orgonite base)? Are you saying that if I make one with non-lemurian, DT quartz crystals that it will hardly work?

well, there is 2 kind of orgonite cb. don croft style cb use lemurian or herkimers in the pipe.

if you use other crystals it will still work. but you have to change the crystals every year or less. otherWise they become cloudy white and will some time break. my experience anyway...

lemurian seed and herkimer wont get cloudy. if i remember right.

it is sure that the orgonite market brought a lot more attention on the lemurian seed stocks.

and in my understanding herkimer stock are a lot less limited.

There is something about the Lemurians that gives me an instant smile when holding one... their energy is just so different to any other and has to be felt rather than explained... just like orgonite Wink

The priciness comes from scarcity... we love the ones from the mine in Minas Gerais, Brazil which closed a few years ago and no more mining permits are given... Of course there are sellers on Ebay who now sell "Lemurian" tourmaline, jade, kyanite or whatever once they caught on to the uniqueness of these amazing crystals... I have seen so many minerals labeled as such for no other reason than marketing...

They tend to have a unique look as well with striations on the sides that look etched - just like a record... along with a crisp water clear clarity. Lemurians tend to reflect light differently than regular quartz.

'Here is an example of a smaller one that has a wonderful Muzo growth habit:

I'm not personally very sensitive--I don't feel crystals or orgonite the way some others do--so I don't know that I would know a high quality quartz crystal from a lesser one.

Are there any reputable sources where someone (like me) could be certain of getting quality crystals? I've already bought some crystals from China that claimed to be "lemurian seed crystals", but I didn't really understand what that implied.

IMO Lemurians feel like diamonds should feel, but don't. They're clear as truth. Crisp and refreshing as icy water on a hot day. All Brazilian quartz crystals I've held feel like this to me, but Lemurians are just much more so.

Well, I've gotten the bulk of my quartz from Dennis and Lena, so I'll just carry on doing that Smile Pretty confident they know the difference between good quartz and questionable quartz. Besides, I'd rather support them than some random seller on ebay whose product is impossible to judge.

Lemurians are characterized by the Muzu Growth Habit. There is something strange with the molecular structure, evidenced by the pronounced "Ping" when they are (gently) struck. Also the prominent striation lines are a part of this. The crystals are often unusually clear.

Regular quartz will work fine in a CB. 10 Years ago when we first started making CloudBusters, Lemurians were in plentiful supply and easy to get. That has changed.

Crystals imbedded in the sand, not growing in clusters like normal quartz crystals.
