Hello everyone.....had a winter break after my orgone making frenzy at the beginning of last Dedcember.

So been recharging my batteries but that's where the problem lies....I'm not!

I've dragged myself about through the winter . I went to Tenerife in march for three weeks where being in the sunshine gave me a boost but it wasn't too long on my return that I went back to having chronic fatigue.

It is just horrible. I feel like my body is closing down. I take supplements. I have a sad lamp which I used and helped a little.

I take magnesium, vit d3 , melatonin, kefir, co q10 , calcium, we eat very healthily.

Today's menu was organic egg omelette with onion. Lunch is home made green soup and dinner was salmon with cooked spelt grains and peas. Just a quick evening meal tonight. Usually we have more veg. I don't eat ordinary wheat, dairy and two months ago I gave up sugar. So yes, there's no junk in my diet. I've never smoked and have an occasional alcoholic drink.

I have orgonite in every room in the house. There's a piece under the bed. I have crystals all round the house too.

I went to the docs and had my blood taken.

When I went back I was told by my doc that I had incredibly healthy blood and nothing needed tweaking. That gave me some hope but most days I'm dragging myself around.

I left with anti depressants which I haven't taken.

I'm not depressed I'm tired.

If someone said to me while you are sleeping we pipe this gas into your house that causes you r brain to shut down....I'd think it must be true.

Have any of you guys any ideas?

I find it so depressing....but not depressing enough to give myself a chemical cosh.

Oh yes I'm on no medication having given up pain killers 2 years ago, antacids three years ago and I'm 63 but feel 103!

have you considered progesterone supplement.

you surely are having andropause by now.

one easy way to see if you are hormone depressed is to eat Yam. if that peps you up, then you need hormone supplement.

also "lepidium moyenii"

or just plain progesterone drop or cream, bio-identical.

that works fine for many folks i know.

Salut

Orgonite makes changes. Changes in the etheric field, changes in the physical world, and changes in us. Is it possible that change/ healing/ recovery/ growth may be going on below the conscious level? That take energy.

I'm so grateful to have a chiro/ energy worker who uses kinesiology. I can get answers. IMO muscle testing is more accurate than my dowsing, since my chiro has no emotional involvement in the answers.

oh well, i went with my sex by instinct, by that doesnt really matter.

male or female are both hit really hard by hormonal depression. there is progesterone creams and drops for females too.

both sex work from progesterone to make either testosterone or estrogens.

yam still stands...

i like noodles made from yam.

Salut

Yams aren't freely available where we live but will see if there is an Asian food store in the close vicinity.

Otherwise will get some in Milton Keynes where we know you can get some. It's 200 miles away but will be there mid August.

I've done a course in HK and my friend is an HK practitioner. Interesting that you find it more accurate than dowsing Ruth .

there is more than one nutriment you can take to get progesterone, there is several, like 10 of them.

Zinc also come around often as a supplement great for hormone balancing.

Salut

I also wondered about hormone levels when I read your description. I'd get that checked before taking anti-depressants. If you need them, you need them though.

Yeah, stay off the anti-depressants if you can avoid them. The side effects are terrible, from what I have seen and heard tell, and nigh impossible to get weaned off them later.

I can't really give you an advice... but I wish you the best though!
I had a period in my life when I was chronically tired for almost a year. (sleeping over 16 hours a day)
It forced me to quit all kinds of unnecessary behaviour that was costing me energy. Wink

They're not too hard to wean off, I've done it many times before I knew how useless they were. They are absolutely useless, and I would say inert if they didn't have harmful side effects. Very few have ever performed above the placebos they are tested against in clinical trials. Not to mention increasing the risk of violence and suicide.

I'm glad it worked for you to get off them, but I have seen, and been told, by many people that to wean themselves off certain of these meds was to experience pain, nausea, shooting electrical pains in the head, fatigue, depression etc so bad they went back on the pills just to stay upright and functional. So, yes they're often useless but not so easily dispensed with for many people.

I've never heard of that with 'anti' depressants before but maybe the newer ones are harder to get off.. I know other psychiatric drugs can be like that - especially anti psychotics and benzos.
