Do you have orgonite in your living space?

And do you use zapper?

Will boost,

Happy to boost for good sleep and good digestion.

Ditto what Lena said: Do you have any orgonite yet?

Sounds like you could use some orgonite. I'm a member of the Human Gifting Project: http://www.humangiftingproject.com/

If you would like a sample, PM me with your mailing address.

Zappers are great. Have you heard of blood electrification? Dr. Hulda Clark? Zapping gets rid of parasites, among other things. Orgone Crystals has them available here if you're interested:

Hey I used to suffer from sleep apnea. I started sleeping on two pillows and it got rid of it. Also if you wake up with the panic attack caused by it, breath into a paper bag till you calm down.

If you had n't seen the chin straps, here they are.

info
http://sleepapnealife.com/sleep-apnea-chin-strap-160.html

buy,
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Full-back-Anti-Snore-Sleep-Apnea-Jaw-Solution-C hin-Support-Anti-Snoring-Chin-/321809839950?clk_rvr_id=870117850228&rm vSB=true

Also good for snoring problems & breathing better during sleep time.

You wake up feeling more energised & rested.

Have tried them out (my two styles of snoring are 'sawing logs & the 'foraging pig' lol). Its weird when you can hear yourself snoring just before waking! You can use a scarf instead of strap at first to try. If you can breath through the nose its usually ok.

Orgonite in the bedroom maybe too much at first if you are new to it.
give it a few days or so in another room at first. Adjustment phase. Or dive straight in!

Best of health & luck with it all

Hope it helps!

ok. you can just use a thin cotton scarf & tie around in same fashion as chin strap & tuck extra scarf into itself. loosely so your mouth can slightly open to breath if it wants to. then no ebay or buy needed. still works, if somewhat clumsier version of chin strap. or you can ,ake your own chin strap. not that complicated!

cutting out or reducing dairy products in diet can reduce mucous production dramatically in body, helping blocked sinuses.
try cutting it out for 10 days & see if it helps, maybe. There are alternatives to dairy, oat milk, rice milk etc.

elderflower thins & helps clear mucous, as does eating some chilli(if your stomache can take it).

Bromelian(pineapple root)
is a digestive tonic & also helps sinus conditions. maybe perfect for you.

Try gentle accupressure on large intestine meridian points(either side of nostrils on face, where they flare out widest. you can feel a concavity when you press down & it locks into the point) If you got blocked sinuses this is good for clearing it.(get a tissue handy before hand!lol! it works!). see point 20 (that is the one to press down vertically on ok) if it is tender, that means its out of balance, which it may well be, so be gentle at first. if you try it. I use this point, also pinching gently the bridge of the nose gently can help. anywhere between 1-5 mins three times a day would be a self treatment of sorts, or as & when needed.

also once you are clear, look into a salt neti pot(not for everyone!) or a salt pipe. to help keep out of the woods.

an ioniser/purifier in the room, if you dont have one yet, may help keep air bourne contiminants & aggravating dust etc out of air. (not to mention chemtrails).

So yes, to echo what has already been said, too. Orgonite, certainly helps with that too. over to you.

Point above ,Point 10 on diagram is great for hayfever sufferers/allergies. you can even get an arm band that constantly presses it, like travel sickness bands, but for hayfever, accupressure thing. for those who suffer.
(not for use during pregnancy).

to find point bend elbow & it is roughly at end of inner crease. usually there is a dip/concavity at point.

'Qu Chi' it is called.

best of health

play it safe. if in doubt, leave it out.
The scarf you would have under chin & going over head, like a band. tie off at side of head near neck. basically creating chin strap effect with scarf. same angle etc. just see pics of chin strap. just do same with scarf. to simulate chinstrap. leave room to breathe abit through mouth though.

also, from website.

Sleep Apnea Chin Strap

Sleep apnea can be caused by a number of things, but obstructive sleep apnea is caused by there being a blockage/obstruction in the back of the throat. This blockage can be soft tissue or swollen tissue, and it can also be because your jaw is in such a position that when youíre asleep, your jaw slips and narrows your airways, meaning that breathing becomes more difficult.

There are a few ways to treat problems with your jaw resulting in sleep apnea. One such treatment is a mandibular advancement device, which is an oral appliance that moves your jaw downwards and forwards, opening your airways. Another treatment option is surgery, which is usually the last resort. The surgery realigns your jaw so that it is permanently in a forward position, so your airways are free of obstruction.

There is another option for treating sleep apnea relating to problems with your jaw. Itís called a chin strap, and there are a huge number of them available online. The brilliant thing about chin straps is that they are incredibly cheap and in most cases do not require a prescription to use.

What Could A Chin Strap Do For Me?

Chin straps go underneath your chin, over your ears and around the back of your head for support. The chin support holds your jaw in such a way that your airways remain unobstructed and you can breathe easily. Sometimes, chin straps also work to hold your mouth closed, forcing you to breathe through your nose, eliminating the problem of you not being able to breathe clearly through your mouth.

A chin strap is also really rather unobtrusive and is far easier to use than a CPAP machine. However, many users also use the CPAP machine in conjunction with a chin strap to stop them from mouth breathing.

Snoring Chin Strap

Chin straps also often work to reduce snoring, even if you donít suffer from sleep apnea. The cause of your snoring will greatly affect the outcome of your snoring treatment, so itís best to consult with your doctor before using a snoring chin strap to make sure that the treatment will be effective for you.

Side Effects of a Chin Strap

Some sleep apnea sufferers will not respond well to a chin strap. There is no telling whether the chin strap will hold your jaw forwards or backwards until you use it Ė and if the chin strap holds your jaw back, it could actually worsen your sleep apnea symptoms. This is because it could cause the airways to close. One way to test the effectiveness of a chin strap before you buy one is to put a bandage under your chin, over your ears, fixed at the back of your head. Lie down flat on your back and see what position your jaw falls into. Roll over onto both sides and onto your front, and move your head up and down. If at any point during that test your jaw falls backwards and stops you from being able to breathe properly, you know a chin strap isnít going to work for you.

The chin strap could cause pain in a few spots around the head, depending on the position that you sleep in, and you could experience slightly tender skin underneath the chin strap. Lines on the face will also be common in the morning and you could wake up feeling a little bit stuffy.

One thing to keep in mind with a snoring chin strap is that if you have a blocked nose from a cold or infection, you should abandon use of the chin strap until the infection clears. Because the strap prevents you from breathing through your mouth, youíre left with only being able to breathe through your nose, so if youíre congested youíll find it difficult to breathe through your nose and you run the risk of suffocation.
