Thought I'd share some photos of recent pours. Enjoy!

Recently came into some small tumbled stones from India (Aventurine, Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Carnelian, and mixed stones) - perfect size for orgonite.

Decided to have fun with them and make some festive, colorful pieces this weekend.

Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

These just make me smile. Love the tumbled stones. Layering is tricky in cold weather pours- looks like you nailed the resin/ catalyst ratio.

Thanks Ruth.

Although low 40s at night, I put the resin bucket in the sun at 0630. By 0830 the resin is warm enough to be workable. I'm not used to seeing Green Aventurine stones such a dark green. I like it. The Rose Quartz top TB has a layer of graphite, which I used for the first time this weekend.

I actually like the crack a lot the more I look at it.

Funny how that works in so many interesting ways... Wink

Your pieces are wonderful Brett, cracks or no cracks.

For some reason my last post and pictures disappeared. I took a pyramid out of the mold and it had an internal crack in the tip - perfectly smooth and sealed on the outside. The crack has a cool, splayed shape to it. I like it a lot.
