I recently learned of a list of plants that remove toxins from the air and improve air quality. It was developed by NASA.
I bought 3 of the plants that fit my living arrangement and I am impressed. I feel better and I like having plants around anyway. The 3 plants I chose ( variegated snake plant # 14, chinese evergreen # 11, and Peace lily # 9) remove Benzene from the air, which I think is a component of resin.
Peace lily even removes mold spores from the air from what I found.

Here is their clean air study on air filtering plants. You might have to cut and paste this link into your browser.

Grow your own clean air . Good health to you !

Good find. It is interesting to note that the plants with the best toxin removal capabilities were not non-toxic to dogs and cats.

I love sharing your living space with plants! Smile A house with plants has a completely different feel to a house without, very pure and natural. Of course, a house with plants and orgonite is the best feeling Smile It is a shame some of the best air filtering plants are toxic to animals. I have 4 cats who will eat any plant they can get access to.

Its nice that they let us know which plants are toxic to pets. If kitty wants to dig up a plant and knock it down it will find a way no matter where you put it. Been there LOL...

I have been having a good experience with the plants I got. I put a tower buster in each of the pots and I can feel the energy from the plants sometimes. They have a good feel energetically and psychologically and I noticed better air quality also.
