I think the most valuable thing about orgonite energy is that it is just so relentlessly upbeat that a lot of the problems of the personality look rather foolish and of no consequence in its presence. It takes peoples minds off their "problems" which is the same thing as taking those problems away. It is what I call a "growing up" energy. It overrides the childish residues we all contain in ourselves. It teaches whiners to quit whining - by example. No lectures - just being. As H.D. Thoreau so beautifully said, "Being is the great explainer."

Thank you emlong! Stubborn souls tend to rub people wrong. (Especially a family of them.) The heart is the most fundamental and important area of focus. I am grateful for these hints. I hope you will question me as I did you.

Ya have to be careful with person to person healing methods as its an easy way for persons to pass on negative energies/ entities.

Calling someone a Master, if indeed they are a master of their art, is a sign of respect and not necessarily a sign that there is anything nefarious going on. Heirarchies of beings exist, both good and bad, but hierarchy in itself is not inherently evil or a bad thing. Wherever there is a master and a student, there is a hierarchy of knowledge and experience.

The trouble with any new age stuff is that there are people with impure motives around, or just ignorance, delusional people and some sociopaths. In other words, without discernment, it could be easy to get taken in by the not so desirable energies and people, and get served for breakfast, metaphorically. The fact that there are bad people mimicking the practices of good people, by putting on fake 'robes of light', shouldn't prevent us from still believing that there are good people wearing genuine 'robes' there despite this situation. And there are unfortunately a lot of people on the broad and straight road to destruction on Earth. Not many find the genuine path up the mountain to find them selves on higher ground. One persons path is just different from another. What is in the heart is the most important thing, and if that inner compass tells us that something is not for us, or wrong, or evil etc, then I think it is worth keeping in mind that although there may be many who wish to mislead us, this doesn't mean that there isn't a flame of truth in other paths that wishes to grow and overcome all the darkness that has gathered to it over the years due to mans greed and vanity. Sorry for being 'preachy'....I'm talking to myself as much as anyone else. Orgonite could just as easily be classed as 'new age', and a load of deception to draw in the gullible and easily manipulated, and these sorts of beliefs will make us angry because they are based in ignorance, but just look around at all the orgon-ite fakes. It's a reasonable conclusion to come to by the many who have bought a piece of crap on the internet. To them, it is a dead thing, made by con artists. But little do they know. Ok....end lol

Truly courageous soul Andrea.

I send you a thousand blessings of love Smile Smile ....

.......Don't know why I said that, it's not my usual language as it all sounds a bit airy fairy, lol. But I totally connect with what you say and will read the rest later this wknd.

I have my own unique story to post from the heart as soon as I've got my essays and case studies done, but then I always like to put the priorities in order, so you may get it sooner than that Wink

Hi Smile

Reiki Practitioner here Smile
I often cry when I am applying Reiki also. The reason I believe, is because the healing power of Source is healing you as it heals whoever else you are applying Reiki to.
I have purposely added Reiki to my recent Orgonite pieces. One piece in particular has such a soft, loving energy and I just want to hold it on my chest and cry with it. Not tears of sorrow, but tears of release.
I often yawn a lot when I am doing this also - yawning is also the body's way of releasing old/stagnant energy and patterns.

Does a Reiki practitioner have to tell if Reiki is involved in others healing?

Should I ask if they are before I work with one?

Many masseurs, acupuncturists, shamanic practitioner, and others are also Reiki practitioners. Can a Reiki practitioner NOT use Reiki in healing?

Can my own protection of myself filter the Reiki part out?

Do Reiki practitioners imprint themselves on the bodies of their clients when they draw symbols on that body?

When I participated in healings with others and Reiki healers were there, I would take the spirits-or-whatever-they- were that were in the room and ask them to leave and that they could wait in the hall
I was always accommodated graciously.
MY belief was that I worked with the Holy Spirit only.

I am wondering if Reiki healers acquire theirs with Reiki mastery?

Thank you,
Tuxedo Meow

In my experience, if the Reiki practitioner is actually channeling Reiki, then it requires that the recipient be willing. If it comes through to an unwilling subject, they are using their own personal energy, in a way similar to qigong healers do. This can be dangerous if they are not exceedingly healthy, and usually, a person needs to already have an understanding of energy work in order to counter this, unfortunately. I always just activate my (incomplete) Golden Bell cover if someone new is trying to put energy into me, but I have no advice for anyone else.

I have had people try to spring it on me without being willing...

and I have also made these practitioners cry or run away since they got it back... teaching them a good spiritual lesson...

I have also had people call me freaking out after going for a massage and upon returning home meditated and got very upset when they found "symbols" in their energy fields that had to be removed...

It's all about consent... and using your will... Golden Bell sounds awesome Wink

I have unfortunately not found many people who had long term successes after receiving reiki... and got blamed by their practitioners - calling it a healing crisis... after their lives fell apart... Shocked

i often give the impression of not being spiritual.

one of the first teaching is was initiated with is : "in this life, you power but over yourself"

when i integrated that concept. a lot of "things" became irrelevant. i was like 15 years old.

never felt at loss.

many tried to interfere with my personnal field since then.

i always perceived it as the "black hand"...

another of my foolishness.

Salut

Golden Bell is an awesome skill. Unfortunately, I rarely practice the skills that lead to it swiftly, so it is still just a consciously activated energy shield, as opposed to what it eventually becomes: a completely unconscious physical shield that causes most attacks to feel like a tickle. Fully formed, if you have even a small amount of energy awareness, it is visible as a golden haze around the person. I've only seen it in one person.

Reiki, on the other hand, I don't have much experience with. I used a book to learn to channel it, already having a lot of experience with qigong. It helps me remember to practice qigong, and is a useful shortcut in channeling energy. In fact, the only person in the area that I know for a fact uses Reiki is a shop keeper.

I learned a type of Reiki and my iniation was intense. However , I found the practice of pulling down the light energy tiring and complicated.. I much prefer soaking up the energy from Gaia Sophia. It is boundless and requires little effort. Hug a tree and see for yourself.

Just for curiosity, as any of you ever practiced the falun gong?

the cultivation practice, that will get practitioners death penalty from the chinese govt/corp?

i had to try it, just because the chinese were willing to kill because of it...

my experience with it, i gained a lot of physical strenght, strangely. i went from resilient to uber resilient.

Salut

As I understand it Fulan Gong is just one of many forms of Qi-gong exercise. I have done a little bit of Qi-gong exercise, however, it is very demanding for me and i don't have the time to stand like a tree for a half hour or more. It is supposed to build tremendous strength.
