Places that I have gifted seem to be undergoing a population change for some of the animals.
There are other factors that could be causing this, but I wonder if other people have noticed anything.

Since gifting, I have not seen any lizards, buzzards, wasps, rats or snakes.
I have seen a lot more bees, hawks, spiders and birds.

I'm back in the hills, so I am used to lots of copperheads, rattlesnakes, buzzards and other fun stuff Smile

One problem is I have been seeing uninjuried dead bluejays and crows.

Interesting observation! The problem with the Crows and Jays could be West Nile Virus. In Southern Ontario, Crows and Jays are always the first things to catch the virus and die...Make sure not to handle these poor birds just in case.
