Orgonite needs to be made with LOVE. It is just as important as any physical ingredient. Any thoughts and emotions projected into your pieces will be absorbed and amplified. Getting "bad juju" on your creations will result in something less than ideal. I learned this lesson the hard way Embarassed

Well said. It has been said before but I find it difficult to pour when my apt isn't clean or I'm in a less than happy mood.

I find when I pour orgonite, I'm so involved in the process that I am not really thinking of anything at all . Getting supplies ready, mixing pigments, resin, catalyst. Moving fast, paying attention to details and trying not to make a mess. Keeps you in the present moment. Not much thought or intentions going on when I get down to pouring.

That would make sense to me, if orgonite didn't transmute negative to positive. Wouldn't that negate it pretty quickly?

Errr... not that I'd try to be in a poor mood and pour (or any other time).

When I pour by myself in no rush and a bit of pre -planning (making sure the catalyst is mixed in the resin, ingredients are at hand, molds sprayed or rubbed with release agent) the pour is usually well done. Earlier on I smudged, prayed, invoked, laughed and whatever over the soon to be pieces.
Now different energy fields from my body send energy almost automatically.
If my "mood" is off my pieces will be as well.

I have invited people to observe or help upon occasion. These times seldom go well. I have had "interested" parties turn into loud mouthed mockers and skeptics and "helpers" start putting rare crystals or too many into tbs.
It is better to pour alone for me.

I have better luck in cool to cold weather in moonlight.
Double dipping is essential, something I was unaware of in my earliest gonzo days.

Reading all posts on this sight was the most helpful. It took awhile but was essential. The earliest posts had such good enthusiasm and often discussed the odd occurances around pouring and gifting.
Lena, sensi, ruth, db, diogenes, & many more are so valuable.
I read less about odd occurances yet still have them around me. Bless you all.

I am with you Tux... lonesome pouring gets the best results... since you then find a focus that is impossible with interference...

People seem to sometimes forget that when you create something like this you do put a part of yourself into it if you do it right... and sometimes I shudder when I see certain people on youtube pouring... since those are people I would not let into my house - much less want pieces from...

I have taught several classes on how to make Orgonite. Each student is focused on their piece and they bring special stones and materials and loving intent with them. Their pieces turn out very nice.

I have tried to make a piece while teaching a class, and it does not turn out well. One needs to focus, concentrate and give their attention almost exclusively to what they're doing when they are making orgonite. This is what I have experienced.

Grounded, centered, and focused. Good for pouring. Good for life. I pour in the garden. My trees are my company. Birds provide the sound track.

Easy to be distracted by all the shit going on in the world today. Hard to stay positive. I woke up to this today:

http://registerguard.com/rg/news/local/34026631-75/vandals-rip-up-more -than-125-newly-planted-trees-along-amazon-creek-in-west-eugene.html.c sp

"Vandals rip up more than 125 newly planted trees along Amazon Creek in west Eugene"

My neighborhood. Our @#$% mayor has started all kinds of services for the "homeless", and they're coming in from all over Oregon, and many from out of state. Our @#$% governor has declared Oregon a sanctuary state- (the whole state!)- and the results are not good. There are camps all over the city. Vandalism, robbery, human waste (fecal contamination), and garbage everywhere. Easy to feel depressed. Easy to feel afraid. Easy to feel overwhelmed.

How to stay positive when all this is going on around me? All I ever have to deal with is today. Not the future. Not the past. NOW. What can I do NOW to make the world a better place? Pour and gift. Pour and gift some more.

I work on staying grounded, centered, and focused. I am only a tiny part of the enormously complex web of life, something I find very comforting. I will do what I can, for as long as I can, to help and to heal this beautiful world.
